Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when your Freshpup order will reach you. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery is typically 7–20 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and local carrier. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order value. Any promotional free-shipping offers will be shown on our website and applied automatically at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow a few days for tracking information to update after dispatch.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

6. Delays

Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to customs, weather, carrier issues, or high-demand periods. While we can't control these delays, we're always happy to help you track your order.

7. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch.

8. Lost or Missing Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at contact@freshpup.co and we'll help investigate with the carrier.
